opened to the public in 1997.

a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Lose yourself in the beautiful surroundings of a lush forest that was a

barren wasteland stripped of all plants and animals just under ten years ago.

Located in the North Quarry, the Forest Trails cover a large area of the Bamburi Quarry, some

of which have already been rehabilitated, while sections are still barren and in the early stages of re-forestation.
